condenser fan motor model tbx21jissrwh?

How often should the Condenser Fan Motor run? I have had water on the floor under the refrigerator. I have pulled the condenser hose out, slightly and it is now running into a pan so I can see the volume of water coming out. At first I thought I had a hole in the pan, but now I noticed the Condenser Fan is not running. I have been monitoring the amount of water coming out of the hose to the pan and it seemed to be on a 24 hour cycle of defrosting, but now it is on a 12 hour cycle. I believe the Condenser Fan Motor, may be the problem?
