how can i fix my e machine 170 ram memory?

i am tryiny to install a new printer on my e machine pc and when i put the software disk in i get told that i need 128mb which my pc has but a message tells me that i only have 126mb ram so how do i get the ram back to 128mb

Dwiddle is right, you will have to increase your memory.
Find out what the memory is, it will likely be so dimm, then go to ebay, computers, memory, and you will pick this sort of memory up for a few quid.

Your machine probably has a video (graphics) card built into the main board. If so, this will be using some of the system memory.

Find out what type of memory you need, check you can fit more memory to your machine and buy some.

If it will take it, aim for at least 1G, although 512M would help speed things up generally.
