My overflow pipe keeps leaking?

My overflow pipe keeps leaking, it is sometimes a constant flow but not fast. I have checked both the toilets in the house, flushing them and checking that the water level is not to high or ballcock stuck. Would it be the ballcock in the water tank and if so how do i repair this.

Many thanks

could be your incoming water tank supply, or the feed and expansion tank on central heating, look up in the loft see how many tanks you have remove the lids and check the ball cock arm is not sticking if o k you need to change the rubber washer that is mounted inside the arm assembly. you will have to turn off the incoming stop cock water tap to do this.
