recording fault?

the exact same thing happened to me the hard drive is broken not much you can do about it either get it repaired but this can be more expensive and not worth it or do what i did just buy another one there a lot cheaper to buy on ebay than direct from sky just plug in your new box insert your viewing card then call sky and they will set your new box to your card
