How can I fix my Hotpoint Aquarious 1100?

possibles
1 the drain filter is possibly blocked.
2 drainage pump blocked, or not working.
3 the drain pipe outlet blockage
The excess water MUST be DRAINED OFF BEFORE trying to clear the filter, lay the drain hose down into a empty bowl ( you may need to empty the bowl depending how much water machine contains )

remove and clean the filter INSIDE THE LARGE BLACK HOSE ON BOTTOM OF THE OUTER DRUM
clean then check the operation of the drain pump
check the pipes
