replacing a Voyager/Caravan 1996 windshield washer motor?

I have unscrewed the three bolds retaining the motor to a 5 inchs square plate and there is not anough place to get it out even if it 2 inchs arm as been removed and its motor shaft is free. After having unsrewed the three bolds that seem to retain this plate it does not come out. Any suggestions.
