my wheel flew of while in motion? no bolts, not sheared bolts nothing. how can this happen? 4 new tyers were fitted 6 weeks ago. please help. car had special locking bolts.

Methinks someone didn't tighten the wheel bolts up correctly, and probably didn't proffer advice to get them checked after a week or so.
Then someone else didn't get them checked again after a couple of hundred miles, because she didn't know she had to.

would definitely check your other three wheel nuts for tightness,preferably with a torque wrench,whether the person used the correct torques or an air gun at the garage that fitted your tyres,that is a question you will have to ask them,air guns can strip threads if they are rumped up too high and can be nigh on impossible to remove with a wheel brace if you get a puncture on the road
