I have a Hayter Harrier Mark 2 I think, and the engine is running on very low power, to such an extent that when the clutch is released to drive the roller and power the blade simultaneously, the blade is simply ripping the grass out rather than cutting it. I dont want to scrap the mower as it is excellent but would even consider looking for a second hand engine if available
