We have a new freezer but the acoustic alarm on the door indicating that the door is not shutting - which it is - is always on. We have bought the freezer over from England and it is very difficult to get an engineer here. Any ideas. The temperature of the freezer is OK
The magnet that trigers the switch that is within the door surround was missing - lost in transit. A fridge magnet stuck onto the door sorted the problem.
