Mend Vaillant Pressure Boiler

vaillant vcw sine t3w -sticking pressure diverter vavle?

Hi

I have a vaillant vcw sine t3w boiler, when i turn the hot water off, the pin at the back of the pressure diverter vavle doesnt return and boiler keeps running. Can this part be removed ad stripped for inspection? It has 2 (If i remember right) small bore copper pipes feeding it from the left hand side, are these gas or waterpipes? Any info gratefully received guys.

Thanks for the reply, im not sure it is the microswitch, because you can hear the relay click in and out as the tap is turned on and off. When i hit(not the best option i know!) the front of the pressure diverter vave the pin returns and boiler cuts out. Where else should i be looking at?
