My dishwasher has broken, how to fix?

My Siemens SE65E330GB/74 dishwasher has just finished it's cycle and hasn't stopped like it usually does. It beeped 3 times but it is still making a chugging noise near the pump. We have taken the filters out and the torx t 20 cover and cleaned everything. When we turn the dishwasher on a fine spray of water comes out near the pump. The dishwasher shouldn't work with the door open but it is still making the sound. The same happens with the door closed and the cycle will not start. I have tried resetting.
