I have a Yamaha aerox 100 which was vandalized in a theft attempt Ive had to replace the ignition system and all the locks however now that's all done it will not spark at the plug it seems no power is getting to it at all the bikes not fitted with an immobilizer and was running great before, Ive checked the ignition wiring that's all fine everything works as it should and it even cranks over with the starter button just no spark so if anyone has any idea what might be wrong i would appreciate your input thanks
did y fix problem as ik have same prob ,i get powert comin out the engine that runs throlugh a 2 wire conector but not on the 4 wire plug

funny u should say that but i replaced the plug just in case the old plug was faulty as for the cdi unit it could be that like u say im just a bit confused coz my bike is a 54 plate which should have a 3 pin plug but the original factory ignition fitted is a 2003 model which has a 4 pin plug and a butt connector the pre 2004 has no immobilizer but the post 2004 dose so im stuck in a catch 22

it could be the cdi unit . or coil. probabley the cdi unit.
