Samsung RS21DPSM Fridge Temp on control panel going up & down constantly?

Does anyone know about this fault as the beeping noise when the number changes is driving me mad!! I have put a fridge temp gauge in the fridge & it stays on a constant temp so maybe it is the control panel?
If so, can anyone tell me where I can purchase one? much appreciated.
