Renault Clio 1.2 CD player not working?

i brought a clio 2 months ago and it had the factory fitting cd player in it.. when i tried to enter the code because it comes up code its making a bleeping sound and will not accept the code.. i rung up renault and said what the prob was and they said leave it for 2 hrs n it should reset and then enter it agen.. still not luck... any ideas of what i should do xx

you can buy a cd player cleaner, that should do the trick. i think Halfords do it, not to dear

Try a genuine store bought cd...it may not be able to play home made cd's. You need to use a decent cd burner that will close the disc and make it readable by any device (Roxio)
