Hi, The other option, if available is, to remove the hinge bolts and taking the door off from the hinged side. This will only work if the bolt that is stuck is not a hook bolt.
If you can get the door off this way then you will be able to remove the locking system. Sometimes the connection rod to the bolt has come loose and can be fixed back on. If not then this will require a new system.

how do you know its the bottom one if you cant get the door to open?? If you want to open the door, deglaze (take out) the panel or glass/panel combination to make the door weak and wobbly and lever underneath the bottom on the lock-side. It might lift it enough to disengage the offending locking point
