no flame to heat water or heating on classic LXFF and FF Fanned Flue gas Bo?
we have electricity to the boiler and you can heat the pump work but the flame in the downstairs unit is not being ignited therefore we have not heating or hot water. We believe this has an automatic ignitian switch and have switched off and on but still no luck.
