condensation inside secondaty double glazing?

we have had secondary double glazing fitted by a reputable firm to our crittal leaded light windows-which are all sound and in good painted condition. we thought this would get rid of condensation we had previously . however we now find condesation inside the window and secondary glazing and at times on the surface of the secondary glazing panels that face inside to the room any ideas??
