the filter is HIDDEN inside the large black hose that leaves the bottom of the outer drum ,it has a large clip holding it
remove excess water first by lowering drain hose down into a bowl (may have to empty bowl )and repeat the procedure, when water stopped remove clip but have a container under the pot a long with old towel to mop up spillage empty the gunge out and refit hose.

If your wmc is refusing to drain, it's probably the outlet pump jammed with hair clips and coins. Follow the drain hose backwards to find the pump ( usually under the drum ).
