how do i open a fuel cap with the solenoid failed. ?

iv got the same problem i cant open it at all and iv pulled all possible leavers and switches if u find out how plz help

There is usually a manual release behind a flap inside the boot, on the same side as the filler.
On my older Renault you removed the taillight bulb access panel, pulled out the insulation panel and there was a little red handle you pulled.
It's all in the car handbook.
