How can I fix my Gardtec 370 alarm system?

Please could you tell me how to reset my GARDTEC 370 Alarm System, and also how to put the time delay on before the alarm goes off again. I have mislaid the instruction book and can't read the quick reference guide on the inside of the flip down lid.
Also could you tell me where I can get a new instruction book from for future reference please.
