How to fix my Vauxhall Vivaros brakes?

With the engine off you can pump up the brake pedal and the pressure will hold. Start the engine to get the servo working the pedal will go down to give you more assistance from the servo, but if you keep the pressure on the pedal goes to the floor. There are no visual leaks and it has been fitted with new pads front and rear. It has also had a new master cylinder and servo.
