bled air now E119 error code ?

Similar problem for me.I have a Baxi Platinum 33HE. Recently I have been getting the E119 message every time the boiler is due to come on. I have been told how to do a manual "kickstart" but I cant do this every time I want heating on! Does anyone know what is causing this (is it a microchip fault maybe?) and if so approx how much it would cost to get it fixed? THanks
