I could not find a volume control so I pressed the audio button no.38 on remote , the volume now seems up and down on programs we only have diital reception now here any ideas how to solve , please.

As far as I know there is no volume control on this model. The audio button No38 on remote control selects -Stereo - Left channel - Right channel in sequence using direction Left - Right Buttons No8. if you have inadvertently selected left or right channel only, the sound May be quieter when stereo signal is broadcast and louder when mono is broadcast.
