After stamping my feet with renault dealers I finally managed to get the code to disarm the imobiliser on my renault megan r reg, does anyone out there know what the hell I do with it because reg vardy dont!
Hello there, I am looking for a code for my scenic megane R reg, 1.6. The imobiliser is acting up and wont let me start, how did you get your code? thanks

Hi funnily enough I'm having the same sort of problems with a P reg megane. Turn on the electrics, (the Imobiliser light will be flashing.) Press the cental door locking button on the central dash and the light should flash slower. count the number of flashes for the first number of your code then release. then press it again and count the number of flases for the second code No. etc. any questions IanMClarke@yahoo.co.uk Good luck. Ian PS you have to do this every time you start the car and It probibly won't do the computer much good so might be worth getting it sorted adventually.
