i have tried to ignite the boiler but there is no sparke;can anybody help.there is no ignition button that i can see on my potterton profile 40e .i have tried turning the dial from zero but no joy.please help;its getting cold.
there is a small round hole on the underside of the boiler.stick your finger in it and you'll feel a re-set button. press it in an see if that will re-set the boiler. it will only work if the boiler has cut out due to overheating.
