Mend Hotpoint TDC30 Tumble Dryer Replacement Aquarius

Belt has snapped on Hotpoint Aquarius TDC30 - how do you replace?

I have taken the side off to see the belt has snapped, removed it and ordered a replacement.

Is there a simple way of getting the new belt around the drum and onto the pulleys - I see this question is asked a lot with no answers?
