i have a bosch exxcel 7 1200 express washing machine and i have lost the manual, any programme i try to put it on, a flashing 'key' light keeps popping up?
the filter is down on the right hand side of your machine its a small door open it and you ewill find a small hose remove the pug from the end of the hose and hold a basin to empty the water then unscrew the know to withdraw the filter

It's the child lock. Set a program and press Start for 5-10 seconds
