how can i fix worcester-bosch greenstar 25si?

I have a worcester boiler 24 green star and the condensation pipe froze up and the boiler stopped working. I have defrosted the boiler dryed out the in side and the boiler will not fire up

sounds like the expansion vessel has either lost its pre-charge pressure, or the bladder in it has split (if latter, you'll need a new vessel sorry).

Take the dust cap off the vessel's schreider valve (similar to a car tyre cap/valve) and press the pin in gently. If you get air, fine. If you get water, the bladder is split.
