Glow-worm combi boiler?

I have a Glow-worm combi boiler. It has a small drip coming from underneath. It has been leaking for a while now.

Secondly, there is hot water, but no radiators coming on. The radiator light comes on for about 30 seconds and then switches off. I have bled the radiators and taken out air as well, but it still is not working.

please reply as soon as possible, as i have young children and it is very cold at night. Plumbers cannot come because of snow.
