how do i get my remote locking working on renault grand espace?

can any body tell me how to get my remote central locking working also when the remote locking stopped working the mileometer reading went to 0 and thats how it has stayed ever since does anyone know how to fix this problem? renault grand espace 2.2dci 02 reg
