How can I fix the door on the Miele G848 dishwasher ?

The door used to stop & hold at an approx 45 degree angle. Now it doesn't hold at that angle.

I'm pretty sure the adjustment for the door springs tension is done at the top left hand side just above the door seal. Open the door, look for a small hole & inside will be a torx headed screw. Turn this clockwise several times to add tension.
If it was ok before, then the mechanism is probably broken or partially broken.
