Can someone advise and show me the inside of a bathroom pully switch and how to fix it?

Best replaced... if mechanism is broken

Some are heavy duty for shower isolation (DPST) 4 terminal holes

Others are light duty for - - lights (SPDT) 3 terminal holes

They are not all made by the same manufacturer - the internal construction and layout will tend to differ.
