how do i access my audi tt 2004 v6 washer bottle?

my washer motor is buzzing away but the washers do not work,the bottle was frozen after the recent bad weather but has now thawed but still no water just a washer motor buzzing away and no liquid at the jets
i just wondered how i access the bottle or is it a garage job ?
