How can I fix the permanently damp driver's seat on my Citreon c3n c3 car? ?

How can I fix my Citreon C3 car. The driver's seat is permanently wet at the bottom,(where back of seat meets the bottom of seat).? The citreon dealel dealer turned a power hose on car door for two hours in order to locate leak, found nothing and simply made matters worse and charged me 30 euros for doing so.

hi, just a thought .on my car i kept having a damp seat because i had a radio ariel in roof of car nr windscreen,and it wasnt very well seated./loose. and the water was tracking along inside headliner until it found a hole to drip from. hope this helps. cheers !
