how can i fix my Glow-worm fuelsaver ufb 40f?

Hi,
Pilot light has gone out on my boiller, followed instruction re relight the pilot, not working, no heating or hot water yesterday at all. Also checked the fuse and it's fine, its making a sound (pump), ignition doesnt seem to be catching.
Today a very slight heat coming through radiators, but pilot light still out.
Can anyone offer suggestions?
