i have a ford transit 240 yr 2000 that makes a flutery noise and pinks on tick over also when running changed fuel filter still the same. last week it cut out on me still running thern it just took of again still pinking.
if its a derv engine the egr tva will be clogged remove and clean, and map sencer in the inlet manifold will be clogged .....clean off with brake cleaner ****** dont clean ****components on engine remove first ,exccess cleaner in the maifold will cause the engine to severly over rev and damage some thing
