Russell Hobbs Steamglide 2200 ?

Hi folks

Changed the filter on the iron after the pump stopped working. That seemed to block up the new filter immediately. Put some anti scale solutoion into the tank and tried to get the iron working but it now appears the pump is just not working

Can anyone help?

We had same problem, I dismantled the system and descaled it but it was never the same again. We bought another one but used de-ionised water and have not had a single problem since. Do not buy the water from a supermarket, very expensive, try your local chemical company. Should cost around £8 for 25 Litres but will last a long time.
