How can i fix my fisher & paykel smartdrive 9 - excellence 7.5kg washing ma?

hi there.the above washing machine does a great wash until it decided to stop working at the rinse cycle. machine doesnt stop but the rinse cycle just restarts itself but to no avail. have tried turning the power off and on, different cycles but problem hasnt fixed itself. machine is almost 11yrs old. any advice would be greatly appreciated

Could be any one of a number of reasons. Impossible to diagnose a fault over the internet without being there to check things. Best advice would be to call out a service company to check & fix it.
