how can i fix my simpson washing machine model 164?

my simpson washing machine its a big old one been great xcept it doesnt seem to be spinning and emptying the water out

More than likely the brake release solenoid has failed & will need to be replaced. Very old machine & hardly worth the cost to repair. Brake solenoids are quite expensive.
