Mend Glow-worm combi boiler Boiler Cold Radiator

boiler leaking and cold radiators with my Glow-worm combi boiler?

The radiator in the actic room doesn't work and the bathroom one is only ever luke warm. If you bleed them water comes out and nothing seems to happen. When the pressure goes above 1 in leaksall over the cellar floor, and if the pressure goes much below 1 the pilot goes out and it is really hard to re light.
Its all a bit new to me and not sure if there's anything i can do, so any help would be appriciated!

Leaking water - because combis work under pressure, any iffy joints will be found out - trace the leak and have it re-joined.
Lighting pilot - try running the hot tap whilst keeping pilot valve pressed in. Don't ask why, it worked for me. Try turning pump to max (3) to get water to high rads. Also, balance the rads - any good DIY site will instruct how. Good luck.
