disconnect gear link cables,reverse switch,breather hose and six 10mm bolts holding top selector mechanism onto g/box,look for oil seal on top of lid with shaft through it and in there are two needle roller bearings,the top one is bad for seizing up,if you remove seal you may see brown powder meaning roller bearing is rusty and starting to seize,you have to strip the selector mechanism to replace these,worth a look good luck
