how can i repair my tumble drier that is not heating the clothes?

my beko tumble drier model DRVS 62 W is not drying the clothes, the drum is rotating ok, the heater element glows red for about 5 seconds and the cuts out, there does not appear to be any damage to the printed ciciut board, what is causing the problem and how can i fixed it
