i have a ford cargo 0813 with 6 cylinder ford engine which is overheating when i go over about 45mph. it gradualy gets hotter , if i ease off back to 45 it starts to cool down again . any ideas please . it has done about 18000 klm. s.h
First thing i would look at is the radiator. Are the cooling fins in good condition? is there sufficient water in it ?? if the answer to both of the above is yes i would fit a new thermostat and cross my fingers !!
