how can i fix my tumble dryer, hotpoint tdc30p?

I had the same problem, which was caused by the relay. All you need to do is to replace it. Open the top cover. the relay is located behind the front control panel and it is the one with a brown plastic casing. It costs about £19. It should take no more than 10 minutes to take it off and replace it with a new one.
