If you mean you have fully RAM cleared the machine, then there is a MASSIVE amount of programming to be done. These are not for the faint hearted. If you were trying a flag clear, then you may not have held the button long enough.
If you explain how you performed the reset, I may be able to tell you what you have done wrong
