Mend Beko Washing Machine Clothes Wet

Beko washing machine is spinning but clothes still wet after use - help!?

My Beko washing machine is 2 yrs old and has been working ok for past month after I installed it in my new home. However, now it makes a whirring noise and it doesnt seem to spin as fast as it used to, it isnt always draining properly and the clothes are coming out drenched! When I do another cycle on "drain" it does drain but clothes are still drenched. Any ideas?

there is no belt adjustment on this model
remove the filter at the bottom right corner behind the plinth and check inside the filter area for anything in there.

Maybe the drive belt is slipping.If so you should be able to
tighten the belt as there is usually an adjustment available.
by loosening the bolts on the motor and moving it until the belt is tight. Another reason can be a kinked drain hose or blocked pump, but as you say the macine drains ok, a blockage is unlikely.
