Mend Beko Stuck Cycle Changes

My beko 2431 fe is broke?

My beko 2431 fe has developed a problem, it seems to get stuck trying to pump, between cycle changes. It becomes a constant whirring noise & a pump running moving water but not actually moving anything. Once it is in this mode I have to leave it unplugged until it decides to work for 5 mins again?????? Please help

you need to check the drain hose isn't blocked.hold it over a bucket and see if water drains out.could also be something jammed in the drain pump impeller.you need to lay the dishwasher on its back and remove the metal base to gain access to the drain pump etc
