cant set temprature on fridge compatnment?

I have a naiko 23hc stainless steal, think indiset trouble is the deatail on the dials are in chineese and its set on E c just econmy and want to make it colder cant set it properly cause dont understand how to do it, and I have misplaced instruction manual would be gratefull of any help you could offer.....
