I have a 1999 Fisher & Paykel SmartDrive Model GWL08-US, will not power on?

I have a 1999 Fisher & Paykel SmartDrive Model GWL08-US washing machine, yesterday while washing the machine just quit, it has no power, I think a sheet got wound around the agitator, but I am not for sure. It will not turn back on, is there a reset button or a way to reset this machine.
