mcculloch 2 stroke whipper snipper constantly flooding and wont start?

Mcculloch M T255 CLS 2 stroke whipper snipper - Accidentally put water-contaminated fuel in it which I then emptied out. Took the carby apart and cleaned everything with carby cleaner, but it just constantly floods when I try to start it. This model doesn't have a needle and seat. Any clues please?
